Your First Session Is Free!
If you are looking for an innovative, challenging full body workout, come into Orangetheory Fitness in Frisco, Texas – where one of our top-level personal trainers will lead you through multiple intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension bands, weight training, and floor exercises. It’s a fun but tough workout in which the average member torches between 500-1,000 calories per Orange 60 session!
During your Orangetheory 60-minute group session, you will be fitted with a heart-rate monitor which will be provided for you. However, you always have the option to purchase one from us if you prefer. Intervals during each session have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your max rate, which is equal to zones 4/5. When you keep your heart rate in this range, the Orange Effect occurs: Increased energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours after your workout.
If you would like to lose weight, you can expect to lose approximately 3-5 pounds per week if you attend 3-5 sessions per week while eating a proper nutritious diet. If your goal is to improve athletic performance, you can expect to see improvement in speed, strength, and power after the first two weeks of attending 2-4 sessions/week.
Whether you are just beginning a workout regime or workout regularly, our sessions are perfect for you because workout intensity is based upon your own heart rate. Just give us a call at (972) 521-3600 or visit our website to book your session with our Frisco, TX studio location today.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
